Does your child love sports? This set is for children in grades 4 through 8. The box includes an encyclopedia, historical fiction, non-fiction, games, an activity book, and art supplies. After completing the activities, we will provide a final assessment. Look at major events and time periods from Exploration to Modern Times but through the lens of sports. For example, learn about World War I by reading about the Christmas Day soccer game across the trenches and look at Civil Rights through the experience of Wilma Rudolph.

This set is for children in grades 6, 7, and 8 although advanced fifth graders will also enjoy it. The box includes an encyclopedia, historical fiction books, non-fiction books, an activity book, and art supplies. In addition, there are four games including two board games, a puzzle on the presidents, an a workbook on maps. This course looks at major events and time periods from Exploration to Modern Times but explores them in more depth with advanced books and activities.

The activity book includes maps, charts, book reviews, illustrations, journaling, analysis, word searches, writing prompts, and comparing and contrasting activities. We also ask students to write book reports and do a final project with short answer questions and a timeline activity.   For parents, we include a page titled “What your child should know” at the beginning of each section and another titled “Questions to ask your Child” at the end of each section. Use these to generate family discussion and debate.

It includes an encyclopedia, historical fiction, non-fiction, an activity book, and art supplies. We also include four games. Students will study major concepts from Exploration and Discovery to Modern Times.

The box includes a United States Atlas, non-fiction, historical fiction, art supplies, and an activity book based on the Common Core Standards and Virginia Standards of Learning. We also include four games. Topics include geography, the Colonial Period, Native Americans, Industrialization, and important Americans.

Written for Kindergarteners and 1st graders, this box includes sixteen books, art supplies, and an activity book based on the Common Core Standards and Virginia Standards of Learning. Children will learn about maps and globes, citizenship and symbols, holidays, and famous Americans such as George Washington, Betsy Ross, Eleanor Roosevelt, George Washington Carver, and Martin Luther King, Jr.

Activities in the workbook include coloring pages, charts, matching, illustrating, project suggestions, letter writing, a maze using cardinal directions, map drawing, and vocabulary exercises. The box includes fiction, non-fiction, games, and an activity book based on the U.S. Standards.
